When monitoring infrastructures it is important, that the monitoring computer rely on a minimum of services from other computers.
This is the reason B4Failure use it's own local database. So the only real dependency, is the computer where B4Failure resides,
must have a working network connection, which has access to the systems beeing monitored, aswell as notification servers.
